Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground, lower the window glass partially (if applicable) and disconnect the negative battery cable if you will be working near powered components.
- Remove interior door panel or access cover as needed to expose the beltline mounting area and fasteners.
- Carefully remove the old inner beltline molding: unclip or unscrew fasteners, and use a trim tool to pry molding free without damaging paint or surrounding trim.
- Clean the mounting channel and surrounding surfaces with solvent to remove old adhesive, dirt, and corrosion. Allow area to dry.
- Test-fit the new inner moldings to verify orientation (left/right) and alignment with the window channel and mounting holes.
- Position the molding into the channel and engage any clips or locating tabs. Align holes and hand-start screws or fasteners where applicable.
- Secure all fasteners snugly, avoiding overtightening. Re-check window operation to ensure the molding does not interfere with glass movement.
- Reinstall the door panel or access covers, reconnect the battery if disconnected, and perform a final inspection for fit, finish, and smooth window operation.
