Please review our Return Policies below, as submitting an RMA form confirms your agreement to our policies:

Frequently Asked Questions About Returns:

  • My Part Didn't Fit or I Received the Incorrect Part: Manufacturers may use different designs than original equipment (to reduce cost, improve performance, fit additional applications, etc.) so the part you received may look different than your original. Sometimes manufacturers make minor changes without changing the part number so the part may look slightly different than the picture in our catalog, but the fit and function should be the same.  If the difference is beyond cosmetic and the part will not work for your vehicle, report the problem below.  Don't try to alter it or force it to fit.  This will void your return.
  • I'm Missing a Part: Your order may arrive in separate boxes.  Verify you have received all of your packages by reviewing the information on your order status page along with your packing lists.  Ensure that no items are on backorder.  Open all of your packages and open each part.  Sometimes we tape small parts to other boxes or put them inside other product boxes.  If you still cannot find the part, report the problem below.
  • The Part I Received is Broken, Damaged or Defective: To help us determine the cause of the damage and tell us how you would like to proceed, report the problem below.
  • Am I Responsible for Return Shipping: In most cases the answer is Yes.  The only exceptions to this are if you received a part number that is not what you ordered, an item arrived defective, or if the manufacturer confirms our catalog information is incorrect.

The obligation of, Warrantor, is limited to replacement or refund ONLY as provided herein.  There are no other warranties either expressed or implied, and the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the same duration as the limited warranty provided herein.  Warrantor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including but not necessarily limited to losses caused by delay in the installation of any warrantor's product, or for the transportation or any other charge incurred in the repair or replacement of a defective item, or removal or use of this merchandise unless specifically provided so herein, or specifically provided for in an accompanying document. accepts no responsibility for an consequences resulting from installation on vehicles operating beyond Canadian or US speed limits, or vehicles used in off-road applications.

Unless specified, all products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the invoice date.  Customer is responsible for shipping all items covered by this warranty. is not responsible or liable for labour fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting, or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. is not responsible for any damage or discoloration incurred in relation to chemical products being used including cleaners, waxes, polishes, paints, etc.

Fiberglass & Sheet Metal Parts: The sheet metal or fiberglass you receive may have scratches, dings, small dents and other minor imperfections which are considered normal characteristics due to the nature of the product.  These imperfections will be easily corrected during the filling, priming and sanding phase of installation. does not consider dings, scratches, minor dents or other imperfections on sheet metal or fiberglass to be defects in the panel nor are they considered damage.  All sheet metal panels, fiberglass & urethane bumpers, and fiberglass panels require some sort of preparation and manipulation during installation.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item, or an item that you didn't order please contact us immediately.  If the part you received was sent in error, we will cover all shipping costs to have the old part returned, and the correct part sent out to you.  Do not send back the part at your cost.  You will not be reimbursed for your shipping costs, and the package will be treated as a return for refund, and you will only be refunded for the cost of the returned item.

Returns for Exchange or Credit

All items returned for exchange credit or refund, must be accompanied by an RMA number.  Please complete the RMA form on the Returns selection at the bottom of the page. will not accept any returns without an RMA number.  Please note that returns will not be accepted for any orders older than 90 days.

  1. Items must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of product cost to the original terms on the invoice.
  2. Items returned within 30 days not in the original packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  3. Items returned after 30 days in the original packaging will be issued a refund to the original terms on the invoice less a 30% restocking fee.
  4. Items returned after 30 days not in a condition to be resold will be returned at the customer's expense. 
  5. Caliper Covers can only be returned for a refund within the first 30 days of receipt, and must be unmounted and in a condition to be resold. Any marks from attaching hardware, scrapes or chips on the front or back of the caliper covers are deemed unsellable and cannot be returned for refund.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing the correct Caliper Covers for their vehicle, as each vehicle has a specific application. If there is a fitment issue with the caliper covers, a corrected replacement set will be provided at no cost to the customer. 
  6. No returns of a partial set, parts will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
  7. No returns on literature, CDs, videos, printed materials, stencil kits, stripes, electrical parts, gauges, wiring harnesses, switches.
  8. Due to safety regulations, Seatbelts are not returnable.  There are no exceptions.
  9. Custom ordered items, including Lloyds Floor Mats, Covercraft Branded Items including Car Covers, Seat Covers, Dash Mats and Front End Covers, Embroidered Items, Custom Painted Items, Custom Interior & Accessories, Glass, Freight Fiberglass Panels, Complete Bodies, Complete Front and Rear Ends, Special Order Items, Differentials, and Axles are not returnable.
  10. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without our expressed written permission, the item is non-returnable.
  11. Seatbelts are not returnable under any circumstance once the sealed package has been opened.  Please see "Returns for Warranty", item 3 for seatbelt warranty.
  12. There are no returns on used parts.
  13. Exception returns may result in a merchandise credit. 

Returns for Warranty

  1. Items returned for warranty purposes within 30 days will have the item replaced if the value is less than $300.00.
  2. Items returned for warranty purposes after 30 days will be repaired and returned to the customer.
  3. Seatbelts are covered under a one year warranty, and will be repaired and returned to the customer.
  4. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on warranty items.
  5. There is no guarantee on moving parts such as engines, transmissions, rear ends, steering gears, water pumps, distributors, wiper motors.
  6. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without our expressed written permission, the item is non-returnable.
