Instructions:
- Park the vehicle on a level surface, engage parking brake, and support if needed for access.
- Remove existing bumper guards or trim and retain any reusable fasteners; discard damaged hardware.
- Clean the bumper mounting areas with a degreaser and dry thoroughly; use masking tape to protect nearby finishes.
- Dry-fit each new guard to its mounting location to confirm alignment and hole fitment.
- Apply anti-seize to threads or thread locker to bolts as preferred, then position the guard and start fasteners by hand to avoid cross-threading.
- Tighten fasteners evenly, checking alignment as you go; finish by torquing to snug or to factory specifications if available.
- Re-check gaps and fit, make final adjustments, then clean the installed guards and surrounding bumper finish.
- Test for secure mounting by gently applying pressure; re-torque after a short road test if recommended.
