Instructions:
- Park on level ground, set the parking brake, and disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Place a drain pan under the radiator and drain coolant to below the radiator support level.
- If necessary, remove any fan shroud, cooling fan, or accessories that block access to the radiator support bolts.
- Support the radiator with a jack and a block of wood or have an assistant hold it to prevent dropping when bolts are removed.
- Remove the radiator support bolts or nuts securing the radiator to the support and remove the old bushings and sleeves.
- Clean mounting points and apply penetrating oil to any rusty fasteners. Install the new bushings and sleeves from the kit into the support and radiator mounts.
- Reinstall the support bolts/nuts with the new hardware, hand-tighten, then tighten to factory torque specifications (refer to vehicle service manual).
- Reinstall any removed components (fan shroud, fan, accessories), lower the radiator into final position, refill the cooling system with coolant, reconnect the battery, start the engine, and check for leaks and proper operation. Re-torque fasteners after a short test drive if needed.
