Rear sway bar end link for 2003–2012 Chevrolet, Pontiac, Saab and Saturn models designed to restore proper anti-roll performance and steering stability. This direct-fit right/left hand replacement secures the stabilizer bar to the suspension, reducing body roll, improving cornering response and eliminating clunking or looseness from worn links. Built with corrosion-resistant steel and resilient bushings, it delivers long-lasting reliability and straightforward installation for routine maintenance or restoration projects.
Features:
- Fits 2003–2012 Chevrolet, Pontiac, Saab and Saturn vehicles (rear sway bar link, right and left hand fitment).
- Durable steel construction with corrosion-resistant finish for extended service life.
- Precision bushings and hardware to secure the stabilizer bar and reduce vibration and noise.
- Restores proper suspension geometry and reduces body roll for improved handling.
- Direct-replacement part engineered for easy, bolt-on installation during routine maintenance or restoration.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30-60 minutes (both sides)
Instructions:
- Park on a level surface, engage parking brake and loosen rear wheel lug nuts slightly.
- Raise the rear of the vehicle with a floor jack and support securely on jack stands. Remove the rear wheel(s) to access the sway bar link.
- Locate the rear sway bar end link connecting the stabilizer bar to the control arm or strut.
- Apply penetrating oil to fasteners if corroded. Remove the nut(s) and/or bolts securing the upper and lower ends of the old link using appropriate sockets/wrenches.
- Remove the old end link. If seized, use a pry bar or carefully cut/press out the link as needed.
- Install the new sway bar link in the same orientation as the removed part. Insert bolts and hand-thread nuts to hold the assembly.
- Tighten fasteners to the vehicle manufacturer's torque specifications using a torque wrench. Do not overtighten bushings; tighten to spec to avoid premature wear.
- Reinstall the wheel, lower the vehicle, and torque lug nuts to the manufacturer's specification.
- Test drive at low speed to confirm the repair. Re-check fasteners after initial road use.
