Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground and remove any interior trim or molding that covers the roof rail area.
- Carefully pry out the old weatherstrip using a trim removal tool to avoid damaging the roof rail or paint.
- Thoroughly clean the mounting channel and surrounding surfaces with isopropyl alcohol or a suitable panel cleaner; remove all old adhesive and debris.
- Dry-fit the new weatherstrip along the left roof rail to confirm orientation and fit; trim excess only if instructed by fitment guide.
- If the weatherstrip requires adhesive, apply a thin, even bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the mounting channel following the adhesive manufacturer's directions.
- Position the weatherstrip into the channel starting at one end, pressing firmly and working along the length to seat it evenly; use a rubber mallet or roller for firm contact where needed.
- Reinstall any trim or molding removed earlier, ensuring clips and screws are aligned and secured.
- Allow any adhesive to cure per the manufacturer's recommended time before driving or exposing to moisture. Inspect the seal for gaps and adjust if necessary.
