- Easy to install with common hand tools — ideal for restoration or replacement projects.
- Durable finish resists chipping and rust, maintaining appearance over time.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30-60 minutes
Instructions:
- Park on a level surface, engage parking brake, and if needed raise the front of the vehicle and secure with jack stands.
- Remove any existing bumper guards or trim pieces from the mounting area and clean mounting surfaces of dirt and corrosion.
- Lay out supplied hardware and verify all parts are present (left/right guards, brackets, bolts, washers, nuts).
- Hold the guard in position on the bumper and loosely install the supplied bolts through the guard into the factory mounting points or supplied brackets to confirm alignment.
- If existing holes do not align, mark drilling locations, lower the guard, and carefully drill pilot holes as required (verify behind the panel before drilling).
- Torque all fasteners to specification or snug them evenly — tighten mounting hardware progressively to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Recheck alignment and fastener tightness after installation. Lower the vehicle (if raised) and perform a final inspection for secure fit and clearance.
