- Re-seat the headlight assembly, then use the adjustment screws to set preliminary alignment before tightening all fasteners.
- Reconnect the battery and test headlight function. Fine-tune aim using a wall or headlight alignment tool to meet specifications.
- Reinstall the headlight bezel/trim ring and verify secure fit and absence of vibration while the vehicle is driven.
