Installation / Application:

Instructions:
- Remove the interior door panel and any moisture barriers to access the window channel area.
- Lower the window to a position that allows access to the old glass run channel; support the glass if needed.
- Carefully remove the old glass run channel by prying out any retaining clips and sliding the channel out. Cut away any adhesive or degraded rubber with a utility knife.
- Thoroughly clean the channel mounting area with a cloth and solvent to remove dirt, old adhesive, and debris. Allow to dry.
- Test-fit the new GRB 1211 68 channel on the frame to confirm orientation (left vs. right) and alignment with the glass.
- If required, apply a thin bead of automotive-grade adhesive or sealant to the mounting edge per adhesive instructions.
- Slide the new channel into place, ensuring the reinforced backing seats fully into the door frame. Tap gently with a rubber mallet if needed to secure.
- Operate the window up and down several times to confirm smooth travel and correct seating of the glass in the channel. Adjust seating before adhesive cures.
- Reinstall the moisture barrier and interior door panel, reconnect any electrical connectors, and verify final operation and seal.
