Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface and work with clean, dry weatherstripping and trim area.
- Carefully remove the old beltline molding using a trim removal tool or panel puller; retain any factory clips if undamaged.
- Clean the channel and mounting surface thoroughly with solvent to remove old adhesive, dirt, and corrosion.
- Test-fit each new molding piece on the left and right sides to confirm orientation and fit; mark alignment points lightly with masking tape if needed.
- If original clips are usable, reinstall them; otherwise replace damaged clips or use appropriate fasteners compatible with the vehicle channel.
- Align the molding with the beltline and press into place, engaging clips or fastening points; use a rubber mallet to gently seat the molding where required.
- Re-check alignment and gaps along the entire length, make minor adjustments as needed, then clean the trim and surrounding area.
- Allow any sealants or adhesives (if used) to cure per manufacturer recommendations before driving.
