Convert your 1978-88 GM A, G-Body model to rear disc brakes at a price comparable to an overhaul of your old inefficient drum brake system. Our convenient kit provides greatly increased stopping power, more braking force, and less brake fade at a very affordable price. The included bracketry will adapt this kit to either 10-bolt or 12-bolt rear ends with non-staggered shocks. The large bore single piston calipers feature a self adjusting E-brake based on the 1979 Cadillac Eldorado design. Drilled and slotted rotors feature a dual bolt pattern in 5 x 4.5" (Ford/Mopar/AMC) or 5 x 4.75" (Chevy/GM) to match your desired wheel hub pattern. Fits axles with a.050 x 45 degree chamfer with a 2.786" maximum register axle. Requires 15" or larger disc brake compatible wheels.
