Power steering gearbox for 1958-64 Biscayne, Bel Air, or Impala models. The 500 Series power steering box is a key component iin most high performance modern style power steering systems. This box is a superb value and perfect as the basis of your power steering project. Mounting bosses are integrated into the casting, eliminating the need for an external bracket. Designed to line up perfectly to your column without shims or spacers. This 500-Series is a brand new box with a new housing, new internals, new gaskets, and new seals. No rebuilt or reconditioned parts. Utilizes a factory manual steering pitman arm and the box is setup for flared fittings not o-ring style fittings.
