Instructions:
  1. Remove the seat from the vehicle and place it on a clean, stable work surface.
  2. Detach the seat cover or upholstery by removing hog rings, clips, or fasteners; carefully note fastener locations for reassembly.
  3. Remove the old foam from the seat pan and frame; clean the seat pan of debris, old adhesive, and rust.
  4. Test-fit the new foam onto the seat pan to verify orientation and fit; mark any areas that require trimming.
  5. Trim the foam as needed using a utility knife or heavy shears to match the original contours and clearances.
  6. Apply upholstery-grade spray adhesive to the seat pan and the underside of the foam where recommended; press the foam into place and hold until secured.
  7. Reinstall the upholstery over the new foam, attaching with hog rings, clips, or fasteners in their original positions. Smooth the cover to eliminate wrinkles.
  8. Reinstall the seat into the vehicle and check for proper alignment, comfort, and secure mounting. Make minor adjustments if necessary.
