Instructions:
- Park the vehicle on a level surface, set the parking brake, and disconnect the battery.
- Raise the vehicle with a floor jack and securely support it on jack stands to access the frame mounts.
- Use an engine hoist or support bar to slightly lift and support the engine so the mounts are unloaded.
- Apply penetrating oil to fasteners if necessary and remove the mounting bolts holding the old frame mounts to the frame and engine.
- Remove the old mounts and clean mounting surfaces on the frame and engine crossmember; inspect for rust or damage.
- Position the new mounts in place and start the mounting bolts by hand to ensure proper alignment.
- Lower the engine carefully onto the new mounts, align as needed, and tighten bolts to factory torque specifications.
- Lower the engine support, recheck all fasteners for proper torque, lower the vehicle, reconnect the battery, and test for secure fit and reduced vibration.
