Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground, set parking brake, and disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Drain coolant into a drain pan and remove radiator hoses and any overflow lines.
- Remove the radiator, A/C condenser (if equipped) and any attached brackets or wiring to gain access to the core support.
- Support the radiator/engine components as needed and remove bolts, clips, and fasteners securing the old radiator support.
- Carefully remove the old core support, cleaning mating surfaces and checking surrounding parts for rust or damage.
- Test-fit the new radiator support, align it to factory mounting points, and secure with bolts loosely at first to ensure proper fit.
- Tighten all fasteners to recommended torque specifications, reinstall radiator, condenser, hoses, brackets, and reconnect wiring.
- Refill the cooling system with the proper coolant, reconnect the battery, start the engine, and check for leaks and proper operation.
