New black powder coated rear sway bar for 1964-72 GM applications that were NOT originally equipped with a rear sway bar. This performance rear stabilizer/sway bar fits various 1964-72 GM vehicles including GTO, Cutlass, Skylark, and Chevelle. This stabilizer bar is 1" inches in diameter and has a black powdercoat finish for corrosion resistance. Supplied with brackets and hardware for installation. Will not fit cars equipped with the original type rear control arms that are ?boxed? to accept the factory optional rear sway bar. This kit is designed for cars without factory rear sway bars that had the rear trailing arms that were open on the bottom.
